Referrals are required prior to booking a consultation. Your health care provider can fax a referral to our office. Your referral will then be triaged and booked accordingly.
Dr. Piche specializes in the management of inflammatory arthritis, connective tissue disease, PMR, GCA, gout and osteoarthritis.
Once your referral is accepted, you will be contacted with the appointment details via mailed appointment notification letter or email. The referring provider will also be faxed the appointment notification letter.
